Voting

When the election start date is due, the election is scheduled for the Voting status.

This is when voters can use their credentials to vote.

The 'Voter ID Number' and 'Voter Code' must be entered and authenticated to access the ballot.

Voter Ballot

The ballot is unique to each voter that is authenticated to vote.

The voter is shown all the categories that are assigned to him/her.

The voter clicks of the preferred candidate or Yes/ No in the case of unopposed.

Click the Preview button at the last section of the ballot to preview choices.

Ballot Submission

When the choices the voter makes are satisfactory, the voter can then click on the Vote button to vote.

If there is need to make changes to choices of candidates, the voter should click on the Back button.

Monitoring

Each election has a unique link to monitor the real-time calculations of the voting from the election dashboard.

Results

After the election end date has elapsed, the election is changed to a Completed status. This is when the election results can be used from the election dashboard.

The results can also be printed or saved as .pdf.

Audits

In order to verify the number of votes cast during the election, the Audit button is displayed on the Election Header when the election has completed.

Voters register and those that have voted can be exported.
